I feel great!

I woke up at 5:30 this morning and went for a run! The planets must be aligned or something, because I am not a morning person at all. Only 2 miles today, and I had to walk after 1.5 because I was starting to feel sick. My daughter came in and asked me if it was morning, because I'm usually dragging my butt around at that time of day! I had lunches ( Read more... )

Can I make a suggestion?

If you are going to weigh yourself, only do it once a week. You won't see any change if you do it every day. That's what all the professionals have told me and it seems to work better. You can get caught up in the fact that not much is changing day to day.

I do it daily to remind myself daily that I'm watching my weight. I'm very easily distracted! I actually pay attention week to week, but the daily is just a "no chocolate bars today!". I see more results in how my clothes fit before I see the weight start to drop.
