Finally, I've shaked off the grip of the monster writer's block long enough to upload the first of my Christmas fics. I always knew the first would be the most difficult, so hopefully the old adage of getting-back-on-the-horse-that-bucked-you-off holds true and it will be easier from here on.

Wow. I just adored the whole thing from start to finish, Hayley, it's a marvellous piece of work. You worked in the minor characters like a treat, and as I've always been fond of Ernie, I especially liked your portrayal of him, and definitely so his observation on Hufflepuff House. Genius!

Thanks :D It's how I've always pictured friendships in Slytherin house. There is caring there - to an extent - but a definite class system and hierachy exists.

China has treated me well, and so had the Gold Coast. You should really pimp this around. :) Have you tried minor_pairings or huff_fics?

Oh, and review is still forthcoming. First I need to rid myself of 10hourcarride!dirt.

I don't think it should be in huff_fics as it is based on Millicent's pov, but I'm a member of minor_pairings.

Oh wow, this is great! I've certainly never read this pairing before but I like it. I really like how you characterized everyone. Especially Millicent. And I really liked Pansy, Blaise, and Millicent's interactions with each other. Very nice. :D

Thanks. Aside from the odd H/Hr I tend to stray off the beaten path when it comes to pairings and write minor/crack ones. And my flist is good at suggesting some I should write :)
