So seeing as i recognize that ive been completely out of the loop as of late, i took the initiative and downloaded the Brokeback Mountain Trailer.

Dooods. I dont think i can go see it. How am i going to survive the entire movie if i cant make it through a dramatic hollywood trailer without crying?

I mean really.

All this positive talk about BBM really surprises me, I saw it hoping for a lot more than it actually was... For me it was really hard get past how the movie focused entirely on it's "gay"-ness, so much so that I had a hard time believing in the story. Which was especially frustrating because I really enjoyed Annie Proulx' version.

We just watched the Golden Globe Awards and everytime the theme music to BBM came on, CP would tear up.

Um...uh...I was having an allergic reaction. I think there were some 'bos who brought their cat to the theater.

yeah. i cried at least three times, but i didn't like the movie that much. i'm one of the few, i realize. ah, to be different.

so yeah. don't worry about seeing it till it comes out on dvd. i guess the cinematography is great, though, and that is worth seeing on the big screen.

is it just one of those - "were gonna make you cry!!" type of movie? like there isnt much going on but they kick you just hard enough in the emotional nutz to make you weep?

like finding nemo?
