I love giardinara too! In fact, the last time I watched you scarf down 2 potbelly sandwiches, the next day, I went to PB just because of the smell of the giardinara. Also, once I tried to cook a veggie burger with the oil that the stuff comes in. I thought it would give it some taste. Didn't work very well.
