A woman had twin sons and gave them up for adoption. One went to a family in Egypt; they named him Ahmal. The other went to a family in Spain; they named him Juan.

18 years later Juan sent a photo of himself to his birth mother. She told her husband she wished she had a picture of Ahmal too.

Her husband said "They're twins! If you've seen Juan, you've seen Ahmal."
