I have lots of work... cooper isn't that exciting and everything is so damn conceptual. the breakdown is that i can draw, but i can't think. or at least, i'm not a very creative person. at least in the Cooper way. We have projects like make cardboard structures that interact with negative space, and collecting examples of the dot. exploring the dot

sorry NY sucks. And sorry classes are BS. And definitely sorry about bad hair days...I'm about to lop all mine off and give it to some children's charity. I'm tired of dealing with it, I'll let someone else have it for a while. I can always grow mine back...little kid can't, that's kind of the point.

Lucy, you rock my socks... this is me randomly checking livejournal after months and months... I'm sorry Ive been so terrible about keeping in touch... if you email me your mailing address, I'll write you a postcard from Berlin with a poem on the back.

And about NY... I know. I know all about it. I know the milieu, I know the stink (a teacher of mine at NYU joked that New Yorkers have as many words for the gross smells on the street as the Eskimoes do for snow). Remember that it's a summer day in the woods somewhere in the world everyday.
