It explains how living organisms can exist as highly ordered (low entropy) and not violate the 2nd law of thermo. Weeee.
Anyway the prerequs require some biology which I know you're not a fan of, also you'd have to take organic chem. Although you say you don't want to take organic I have a feeling you would love it... and it actually may be very pertinent to your interests... as humans are just full of biological (organic) molecules. :)
Class sounds great, but not worth the prereqs. Keep in mind that I'm already taking 1023, so I've begun the point of no return (without wasting credits) to Organic Chemistry. Sure, it might interest me, but there are things that interest me more in physics and everything I do must, first and foremost, bring me closer to that knowledge.
I guess this is where I can just continue to give you little tidbits of knowledge that I acquire that may interest... ie where specialization comes in handy. I hope you will do the same with your increasing knoweldge of physics :)
