Good luck! I'm sure it will happen since you want this so bad. Go ahead and say poo-poo to me, I don't care. =)
As for the carribbean, some of my family members have done it or in the process right now. I would consider the Dominican Republic,there are many accredited schools there and relatively inexpensive. Not sure if you have to know the language, though.
