Day 23 - Food prep continues to go swimmingly. I really really miss the vegetarian burritos from "Red Burrito" up the street (Non-Vegan with Rice cooked in chicken stock, sour cream, cheese included). Day #12: All goes well. Even with our recent trip to Seattle, we're still on track and enjoying our month.
So far, I'd say the hardest part of this is eating out - we did the research before hand and everything worked out in Seattle because of it, but if it weren't for the internet and some apps we'd be screwed on vacation. Sometimes it seemed so ( Read more... )

A couple of months ago Sean and I were going through a "food documentary" phase which soon became a heavy topic of conversation around the house. The two that really got us thinking were "Forks Over Knives" and "Vegucated"  On a whim, I suggested we go Vegan for a month just to see what we could learn from it.
