There are some benches by the sidewalk outside our building, and a lot of people sit on them to stay up talking and smoking on most nights of the week. I've never heard them too late, (we are on the second floor) but apparently it's too much for some of our other friendly building-mates, because somebody keeps covering the benches with ketchup so

Except it means *no one* can sit on the benches, even if it's the middle of the afternoon. :p
