My mum, and I started a cleansing, and detoxing diet, today. Its a 7 day diet, consisting of a veggie broth, brown rice, 4-6 ounces of organic chicken or fish a day, lots of fresh veggies, and shakes. The shakes are primarily tofu, soy or almond milk, almond butter, flax meal and oil, and fruit. They are tasty and filling, and no weird chemicals
