Funeral and Other Thoughts

I went to a funeral this afternoon for a friend of the family. She was a very funny and unique woman who passed away at 93. For the last year, her health had been very bad and she was in a great deal of pain. Despite that, I find it hard to let her go or think I'll never see her again. Don't be too hard on your sister. There were two other family-friend funerals/casket viewings I could have attended shortly after my Gramma's funeral this summer, but it made my stomach sick just to think about going.

One song they played for my Gramma, chosen by my Uncle and me, was "How Can I Keep from Singing." And if you ever find out where that list is for more weddings/births, sign me up. We could always hold a real life one for Parvati, eh? ;D
