Thank you both for your work on the floor. I saw the pix of it on FB and it does look really awesome!
I'm sorry your work has been so frustrating. Sounds like they put you between a rock and a hard place, I hope it gets better for you soon.
In the end the work you do speaks for itself, and I'm sure you'll get more coming back to you from what you've put in. As it's written in our Holy Books:
"Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the golden cup of her fornications, which she hath filled to her double!"
(I just thought that might give you some encouragemnet)
I find this quote a bit more in line with my current thinking (though not from s Holy Book)...
"Do good to others for its own sake, not for reward, not for gratitude from them, not for sympathy. If thou art generous, thou wilt not long for thine ears to be tickled by expressions of gratitude."

11:00pm to 2:00am laying still more tiles with my lovely wife...this was the only way they'd be dry by Friday's Mass
(even then I still have my fingers crossed)
Thank the Goddess that my Wife is as dedicated to the Mass as I am (maybe more)...WE BOTH REALLY WANT TO DO MASS THIS FRIDAY, DAMN IT!!!
