It's SO nice not to drink! I haven't had anything since Superbowl. And since then, I've worked out every day, I've painted my living room, rearranged my mantle, and cooked a lot. I feel great. Syd and I went jogging yesterday together and we just got back from a family walk (I jogged). After all, how will I be in the best shape of my life at 40
