Lucy loves Chloe, and she's grateful for her. She knows Chloe knows who she is, but Chloe loves her anyway. That's big for Lucy, since she knows she's not necessarily the most lovable person, at times. She thinks Chloe is very smart (which occasionally worries her because smart people can catch her in her BS easier) and she's a bit jealous of her because she's closer to Lois than Lucy is.

She trusts her, which is rare, and she feels like she could actually confide in her (not that she usually would).

Lucy thinks Bart is cute and fun, and she appreciates that. This is very weird for her, because generally, her interactions with the opposite sex are narrowed down to her conning them and/or stealing from them.

She doesn't want to do either to Bart, so it's more relaxing but, at the same time, it makes her nervous, too. She's honest with him (another first) so she automatically assumes he is, too.

Lucy likes his personality, and the flirtiness cracks her up and she really enjoys it. Overall, she just really really likes him. She actually felt bad when she realized he didn't want her working for Lex, and she's SO not used to feeling bad about anything.

This, I think, will say it best. She's getting his Christmas present with money she earned...legally.
