I have some money to spend at Amazon via a very generous gift certificate I was given, but I can't narrow my list any more so than I have.

If you want to help... )

I still think you should get some of the stuff that I linked to you. Anyway.. why not do what you suggested, the 9 books and 2 cds, but add to that (if it's out) book 3 of the Hunter's Blade trilogy. If that's not out, then get the first book of the next series ya talked about, Troy Denning's The Summoning.

I honestly HATE reading hardback books. Always have. Makes it feel like a text book. That would make me drop the hardback series.. if the gift cirtificate doesn't expire, you could wait till that comes out in paperback (less expensive) and get MORE stuff.

I really should read some of this stuff that yer talkin about, I've not actually curled up with a good book in a long long LONG time. Not a physical book anyway, I'm all for the e-books lately.

::g:: Eventually, I want to have all hardbacks for the Salvatore series. They're high quality books that will last a long time. The two paperback Salvatore books I chose were to save money for now while still allowing me to get caught up on the series. :P ( ... )

Tax depends on where you are (from the site: " Items sold by Amazon.com LLC and shipped to destinations in the states of Kansas, North Dakota, or Washington are subject to tax") and if you spend more than $25.00, you get free shipping on music and books. At least, if it's something sold directly by Amazon and not an affiliate, but if that's the case, you'll know before you finish paying, since it tells you who you're buying it from. And for the most part, unless it's out of print, it's Amazon directly.

By the way, once you put stuff in your cart and enter your shipping address, you'll get the final, total cost. That's before you have to pay, so if it's too much, you can go back and remove stuff.

Yay! You rule. Thanks. :)

This is my first excursion into the world of online purchasing, just really hoping that it doesn't turn out to be a bad one. ::g::

I'd cough up the extra 8 bucks or so and get everything, but I'm a greedy wench.

I've been thinking about it since I posted last night. I think I'm pretty much at the same decision. ::g:: It won't kill me, I suppose, and the rewards will be well worth it.

Besides, I'll be much more likely to get people to read Salvatore if I can give them the entire series. ::G::
