Shipping to the US would cost 8$ using regular airmail (4-10 business days) and 6.50$ using surface mail (6-12 business days). Paypal fees would cost and extra 1$. Please let me know which shipping option you prefer (or if you'd rather use registered mail, I could also calculate the cost for you)
