My Famous (and addictive) Stuffed Mushrooms

This is my specialty. They are easy to do and extremely yummy. If you bring them to a party, you will likely be asked to make them again. They're good reheated.

Equipment

Preheat oven to 350

Frying pan

Large mixing bowl

13x9 baking dish

Ingredients

2 12oz packages of button (white) mushrooms

oooh, that sounds devine! Though I don't think that this "Jimmy Dean sausages" are available over here. I googled it and I don't haven't seen sausages like that in any store(at least not the ones in the roll).
If you could discribe HOW this sausage is like, maybe I could find something to exchange it with ;)

The sausage is a ground pork sausage that comes in a variety of flavors ('regular' 'sage' 'spicy' etc). Any kind of ground sausage should do the trick - just make sure it's spiced to your liking. Garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, whatever.
