Cooking: Meat and taters

For dinner tonight, I made pan-fried pork chops and rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes. This won't be a recipe, per se, since I don't measure anything. :) But I'll tell you what I used and how I cooked it! Feel free to substitute and change it all around.

Oh, I really read this at the wrong time. You see, I'm HUNGRY. With no access to food. And now my mouth is watering.
