Will I still be able to invite friends up to my room to hang out?

Yes you can, all of the wristbands will look the same regardless of what hotel, so if your friend has one, they will be able to visit you. If they do not, they must be escorted by someone that has a wristband

Yeah, but only for the first two days since I have to work that weekend. I'm planning on leaving on the third day around 11AM, maybe noon but that maybe pushing it.
