Someone finds something with Zoro and Luffy in it (other characters can be in it but Zoro and Luffy have to be in it), be it from the anime, manga or a figurine like this, and then it gets posted on the comm and everyone gets to enter their own captions for it, funniest one wins.

Though I can't think of a prize other then the entertainment we'd all get from that XD
