3 cups bran 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup sweetener 2 tbsp molasses 1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 cup water 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 cup raisins or dates (i leave these out)
preheat over to 350 degrees F. in a large bowl stir together bran, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. add the sweetener, molasses, oil, water, vinegar, and raisins. stir together until just mixed. spoon into lightly oiled muffin tins and bake for 35-45 minutes. makes 6-8 muffings (although i usually am able to make 12 or so).
