aww. you're the Irrepressible Brittney. Don't feel bad. Eighth grade might sound like it sucks now, but if you make the best of it, it'll turn out pretty damn good.

I went home the first day of school in eighth grade and bawled my eyes out. Part of the reason was that I didn't have any classes with this one friend, and I thought it meant I wouldn't be able to be her friend anymore. Plus I hated like two of my teachers. And there was other stuff, too. I thought it was oging to suck so bad. My outlook was that it was going to be the worst year ever. And then I made a couple new friends and it was suddenly like, holy CRAP I don't want this to end.

You're pretty, and people like you. In a little while you'll realize it yourself.
