No Jeff, The edited version of Webster's Dictionary clearly states that a Refugee is...

"Someone (Mainly Hispanic) who is illegaly entering the GREAT NATION OF AMERICA on some sort of floating object. Examples include a floating door, or a wooden raft. Main Ports of Entry, Texas (Don't mess with it) and Florida."

Now Jeff, WHY would any AMERICAN citizen want to be affiliated with that??
