After about fifteen glasses of iced green tea over sushi this past evening, I find myself energized and unable to sleep. Also contributing to my insomnia tonight are thoughts about the conversation that accompanied said sushi. In your third to last paragraph you ask some very specific questions which you later say fall into the twilight zones between A, B, C, or D. (<-- lazy typist) Honestly, I think they are specific enough that it's up to the person in question to answer where they fall in A, B, C, or D. In other words, it's not a twilight zone, just part of the constantly changing bell-curve which defines A, B, C, and D - depending on what the person wishes to call their self.
