(no subject)
Just thought I'd leave a little update before Christmas. It's been crazy busy in my little world. Everytime I think I'm done shopping I remember one more person that I haven't bought for so it's a rush out to the stores again. I had to attend a funeral today for one of my cousin's husband. It was very emotionally draining. We did have a nice relaxing night though, my favorite cousin who is like a sister to me came over and we had out own little Christmas. She bought Pat some gnomes which he LOVED! (He's such a weirdo in that cute way.) I can't believe her but, she bought me the most adorable new Coach purse! It's the purple Madison satin mini! I just can't believe her! I'd post a pic of it, but I still haven't figured out how to do that. Tomorrow I have to run out and pick up one more last minute gift and then we are heading out to my mom's house for the night. We'll come home Christmas morning and then Pat's family is coming over in the late afternoon/evening. I'm stressed about that one, I've never hosted a full on Christmas dinner. Pat's mom and sister can also be somewhat hard to please at times. I did set the table with our wedding china and the crystal we bought in Ireland. I'll have to take pictures of everything and try to post them.
Sunday is my 28th birthday, we're going to see Meet the Fockers and then try and have dinner at our friends restaurant. I've been so stressed out that I was not going to do anything at all, but I love celebrating my birthday! Now, thanks to Laurie and Pat we're going to go see the movie. It's what I've been wanting to do for months. I actually wanted to set it up to have a private screening, but I waited too long so that's not going to happen now. Oh Well, we should still have fun.
Anyway, I'm going to go to bed now, it's late and I have to get up early to go pick up that last gift. Merry Christmas!!
