Right now in Japan, there is a man named Kenn Sakurai who has been saving dogs from the wreckage of their family homes.

He had the idea to use small cages mounted on off-road bikes to transport found pets to shelter. His friends have been out there scouring the Miyagi countryside, looking for animals to bring back alive. It's miserable, dangerous

Puppies! I've been hearing some stories of people who have rescued or found animals after the crisis and I'm glad that some thought is being given to them. This tragedy hasn't only affected people.
