Whoa, what te heck. Maybe it's your layout that's being buggy? Or maybe it's that you have a basic account. I have no clue. o.O
... The FAQ says: Display Limits: If your Friends have posted more entries than appear on your Friends page, then you can follow links on the page to view their older entries. However, your Friends page will only display up to 1000 of the entries posted in the last two weeks. If you have a Paid Account, you may also view your Friends page from any day by appending the date to the Friends page URL in this format: http://askerian.livejournal.com/friends/?date=YYYY-MM-DD, where YYYY-MM-DD is the date in the year-month-day format, eg. 2009-01-06 for January 6, 2009. Note that month and day must have 2 digits, even for January-September or the first 9 days of the month.
yeah LJ, that's the ticket: alienate your userbase until they begin to flee in droves, then react to the mass desertion by making your policies LESS inclusive.
that is how you increase revenue and keep your company from being run right the fuck into the ground.
Eh... I'm a paid member, and my friend-list doesn't show more than 10 entries per page.
Of course, this might be more a consequence of refusing to update my layout than anything else. Possibly also a reflection of the fact that only one person on it regularly posts any more.
It's more that the entries cut off after a certain number of them display :( if you posted 40 posts ago, I will never be able to see it on my friend page.

Maybe it's the "last two weeks" that's an issue?
