Ohh, if you come to Norway then I would totally recommend Tromsø university. The foreighn exchange program is supposed to be great, and the people in this city are so welcoming. :D I have never been in such a great community before, everybody is all amiable and nice and stuff. :DD AND (of course) I would be there. Hihi.
