"I frown when I can't find my coat, too, Luka. That doesn't mean I'm mad."
Her dear brother KAITO, though older than her he appears to be the same age and sometimes Luka does forget that he's older given his generally nice and sometimes childish behavior. He's still very down to earth when he needs to be and does his best to be the older brother when he's needed. Luka can't imagine how hard it would have been to be in Luceti if it hadn't been for him being there already. To many even the way they interact with each other resembles that of siblings who care and love each other, however since some months ago Luka hasn't been really convinced about that and has begun to question it despite not showing it.
Relationship:
"What am I to you? I don't want to hear about how I am with other people, or at work. I want to know how do you see me."
dancinghonour [Vocaloid]
"I know. I'm the same as you."
Though developed by a different company, Gakupo is pretty much another member of Luka's family. In fact she does consider him something akin to a brother despite it not being a preset relationship like with KAITO. Because of this Luka pretty much cares for Gakupo in the same level as she cares for KAITO and his arrival provided her as much happiness as if it would have been MEIKO, Miku or one of the twins. Luka appreciates Gakupo's voice greatly and enjoys singing duets with him, however she doesn't like the fact that many Masters would ake them act or sing like a couple. Fortunately in Luceti she doesn't seem to have to worry about that.
Relationship:
"There will be plenty of eggplants, don't worry."
god-is-a-dude [The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (Genderbent)]
"So who where the idiots that rejected you anyway?"
If asked Luka wouldn't be able to describe her opinion of Haruki without starting by saying that he's KAITO's producer. Unlike other people she has met in Luceti, Luka's unable to establish an emotional grade to her relationship with him, because of this she has ended by just limiting it to his role as her brother's producer. She has decided that because he's KAITO's producer he also has rights to give her orders and duties so long as those don't conflict with the orders of her own producer, which isn't a problem because she lacks one. At times she likes him enough to consider him on par to those one could consider her friends, others she finds him even a bit annoying and childishly bratty. Still she has come to trust him somewhat and enjoys talking to him and wants to help him as much as she can.
Relationship:
"I know that Master Haruki wants to be perfect and provide new things to Luceti, and we all depend on him to make this place far less dull."
gomugomunopwn [One Piece]
"You're a friend of Usopp's so you're definitely not a bother!"
Luka mostly knows him through Book and Usopp. Her first direct impression of him wasn't a good one as she heard him insulting Usopp through the journals, fortunately the misunderstanding was fixed quickly allowing Luka to get to know a bit of the man her two friends respect and call captain. Thought he seems a bit simple minded Luka has quite clear that he's a good and nice man, though they don't talk since a long time she has been monitoring him through the journals as much as she can so she's actually quite informed of his situation and the problems his crew has been facing.
Relationship:
"Next time you wish to declare in open your opinions about people you should check that the journal is closed."
skulljokelol [One Piece]
"Careful, my dear! My crew might think I've provided a bad influence for you if they hear that!"
Luka and Brook bond over their love for music, and possibly over their special conditions that make them unique, Luka being an android and Brook being nothing more than bones due an unfortunate incident. Luka is really fond of the man (or skeleton) and enjoys talking with him. He's one of the very few people who has understood her condition as an android and who has showed no problems about her needing a producer (or master as she says), this meant a lot for Luka who has found that most people don't seem to understand it at all. Luka loves Brook's music and singing and enjoys greatly to sing alongside him. Like with the rest of the Straw Hat crew, Luka keeps a close eye on him through the journals even if it has been a bit of time since they talked.
Relationship:
"Nooo, if you're dead who's going to play the violin and sing with me? Who will listen to my songs? But you don't have ears."
mikangirl [One Piece]
"That's me. Pirate, navigator, and goddess at your service."
Luka heard of Nami long before she was able to meet her, in fact she heard so much of her yet saw no trace of her that she had began to think that she was a Goddess from the world Brook, Usopp, Sanji and Luffy were from, or that she was invisible. Their luck to meet seemed tricky even once they finally met, first over the journals despite the fact that both girls were at the same place at the moment, simply ignoring their surroundings until Nami introduced herself. Due what the others had told her about Nami Luka had quite high expectations of her, which were all filled and succeeded as she talked with her. There's something in Nami that Luka likes, maybe that she physically reminds her of MEIKO or maybe it's just Nami's natural charm. Though they haven't talked much lately, Luka gives Nami the same treatment as the rest of the Straw Hat crew and keeps an eye on the journals to learn about her whereabouts, which haven't been good lately and which also causes Luka to be unsure to talk to her until she has gotten better.
Relationship:
"I was starting to think you were a Goddess or something!!"
