[The communicator flickers on, sitting on a table. Luke is in the far corner of the room, at the doorway, dragging something very large and very wooden into the room. It appears to be a large wooden box. As he walks further into the frame, he turns to the communicator and smiles.]

There's a letter in here that is addressed to whoever finds the box, saying we made it for safekeeping of things that were important to us at the time...but it's signed by me. I don't remember writing it.

There's a book in here that looks like it might be written in Japanese! Not that I could be sure..but..that's sort of what it looks like.

Uwah, truly? Ah... if it is not too much, could I see it?

Ah, but as for the letter... It is possible that you were here previously and lost your memory of it upon arrival this time.

[Luke holds the book up to the communicator, as close as he can get it without making it look blurry. He hoped.]

This is the book. I..well I know it's not English anyway..

[He looks down at the floor after putting the book away in the box.] I have been here before, and I don't remember it, so that must be it. It's still quite odd..

Uwahh, that is certainly Japanese...

Ah, I have a similar situation. It takes some getting used to, I suppose...
