This was a good book. It was something of a fictional event wrapping for a fairly basic set of arguments for the Christian faith, but it was well-written enough that I didn't anticipate some of it until I had already read it. I have to admit... it makes me chuckle a little her hear you talk about time and an eternal God. You said that the life of Jesus is so small compared to eternity... but you're missing the point. Eternity isn't a long time; it's beyond time. Time no longer has relevance in eternity, so you can't say a certain amount of time is short compared to it. You can say 33 years is short compared to a thousand, just like you can say a goldfish is small compared to a whale. But you can't say 33 years is small compared to eternity. That's like saying a goldfish is small compared to purple. (Do you see why i'm chuckling now ( ... )
