Four more weeks.

So, I ended up in MICU instead of SICU. I've heard MICU is more laid back, so it's all good. So far I love my job. I cordinate visitors to come back to the MICU. I actually talk to real people. I feel like I am helping people and I am useful. I might change my mind later on, but right now I love volunteer in the MICU and can see myself being there ( Read more... )

Well, i have accomplished working out again. I ran 2.7 miles two days ago without stopping at a pretty good pace, I think I finished it at a 6:40 pace. My first mile was a 6:23 so that was awesome. I can't remember the last time I went so fast on the first mile and then didn't die on the second ( Read more... )

It has snowed. Awesome. It is actually sticking, too. It's the first time I've seen snow on the ground like that for over 3 years, fun.

I just celebrated my birthday early, because of the 3 day weekend. I bought some climbing shoes, chalk bag, the sweetest back pack on earth and I recieved a whole bunch of teeth whitening stuff. I have discovered indoor rock/wall climbing. I seem to have this urge to keep going back. It think it has to do with feeling so very empowered after climbing. It seems that everytime I go up one of the walls, I am fighting my fear of heights.
