Nothing like an hour long meeting with your faculty advisors telling you how great you are and how amazing your work is to put you in a good mood. Wow, they were really into my portfolio of work which is awesome, and I'm getting some ideas brewing about graduate study/residencies/other career paths

I don't have any visual work to show, it's all written stuff in my portfolio.

glad it's more comfortable. much better for your back and your posture too, because it gives your lower back some support. also better for your rib cage, because that much compression starts to crush things.

I'm not used to the lack of compression yet though. I feel like I have to keep re-arranging things and I'm mad paranoid and always looking down and doing the compulsive tranny-shirt-tug. I'm gonna try shrinking it in the dryer...I mean, I've had it since March. If that doesn't tighten it up any more, I'll spring for the tri-top binder.
Thanks for the suggestion tho, it's definitely the best solution yet. I keep it staying down by tucking it into my boxers, I have bulky straps sewed on it that get stuck under the waistband, so it stays fine. Now I just have to worry about my "girdle" showing on my midriff!

what size are you wearing? they stretch out after a period of time and it's good to have a few lying around so that you can switch 'em up. another way to keep the compression going is to turn it inside out....try it that way--it works! you can just rip that little tag off. keep alternating which side you wear it on--if you wear it too long on one side it'll make little "pockets" for your boobs and then the compression isn't as good.
