Hey I think I found a bug in the grep on Ubuntu!
$ echo -ne ' U GC_init\n0000000a t TTFont___5fdebugName\n' > f ( Read more... )

I get nothing for cat f | grep -w T with 2.5.1 on Ubuntu 7.10 (and FreeBSD 6.4).

Looks like a bug to me. Grep should be idempotent.
