Imthinking about entering the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu world championships in August. Anybody want to sponsor my entry fee and training? I figure that: If you like me, you could do it out of kindness....if you don’t, you can root for the other guy. haha...its a win win

Hey Daniel, thanks for teaching me a few moves. GJJ seems like a really good workout and very practical, also fun if done with friends. I'm thinking about ordering a cheap student light weight gi from the internet for $16, do you think it's worth it? Also, Derek, Javid, and I would like to do it again on Friday, are you free that day? =)

ya...fridays fine...saturday after 5 too....im basically free whenever to do jiu jitsu...we might have to do it at my house...i bought a 15x15 mat and dont quite know how to transport it yet.

i would say spend a bit more on the gi...those light weight ones fall apart pretty easily. youll end up getting a new one pretty darn fast.
