Ok, so I normally don't get into it with people about the war. I have my opinions. I don't impose them on other people. But this IM conversation really just made me mad. Believe what you want, but don't try to make people believe in it as well. Let them form their own opinions. OPINIONS.

(a) not doing anything results in deaths, too. why? because saddam is killing his own people.

(b) some quote somewhere says, "all that is needed for evil to triumph is for good men to sit back and do nothing."

(c) the US fucked up is foreign policy in the eastern bloc for years, but are all those countries communist these days? nah. a series of missteps ends up with the right outcome. broader picture? the general rightness of what we do shines thru, even if you don't agree with the steps.
