Okay so first on your homepage click on the journal link then click on "customize journal".
Then, click on "custom options" then click on images.
On that page you will see a section that says Header: Image URL. In that section copy and paste the headers URL. Changes are that you need to create a photobucket.com account. Just go to that webpage and create an account. Then save the image you want and upload it so you get an image URL. Then just copy it into the section of the LJ page.
After you have accomplished that you will see another section that says Header: Height. In there type a number. If the header is really fat it will be a larger number, and if it is slimmer it will be a smaller number. Usually I just guess numbers (usually in the hundreds) until I see that the whole image appears in the journal.
