This seems like a pretty natural next step in role-play gaming. Gaming already has many elements of improvisation in it in that it is not scripted and you play off of other people's actions. Your idea just further incorporates the "yes, and" aspect of improv, and that is awesome.

I'm in Europe right now, but once I'm back state-side I might be down for trying this out. No promises, though....
