undies at a stop sign?

so i'm not sure if it's a prank or what...but there's this one stop sign by my house that occasionally has pairs of underwear at it. twice i have driven by and there's 2 (not just one but 2) pairs of underwear (ladies ones with lace and bows and stuff) just sitting on the ground at the stop sign. once there was only one pair, then the other day i

i think the ex thing sounds like a good idea.
but if the undies are on the ground, they probably just get driven or tossed away.

yeah but they're usually in the middle of the road...i dunno maybe one day i will stop and look around in the plants and see if they're in there...but i really do think that someone picks them up.
