Have they decided if the movie will be shown in the Philippines? Someone had mentioned that they were thinking of banning the movie. Just curious as it is opening in the US tomorrow.

i think it's showing there na... i've been seeing a few posts since yesterday about it already from some of my friends living back in manila.

That's good. I wasn't sure what with the Philippines being a Catholic country and all. I haven't been hearing good reviews about the movie but I still want to see it. I loved the book so much.

SM cinemas will not be showing the movie. Only because they said they will not show R18 movies ever

havent really been paying attention. a lot of people have seen it and were like, it was so-so and all that. same reaction as with memoirs...

oh, and it is banned in the lungsod ng maynila
