My life took a turn Jan. 8th 2006, my bestfriend Aly was killed in a car acident that night at around 9:45 or so, Ray was driving he is ok, he is recovering well, now, im without her and its really hard because I dont find my self getting close with girls, but she was diff. and now that place in the recliner is empty, and im sad ( Read more... )

That is horrible news Kate...im honestly deeply saddened and heartbroken. Its a shock to see or here these things and considering i had the honor to meet such a girl it hurts even more. I will most definitely let out a special prayer tonight for Ally, her family, and you my friend. Take care...

wow lyn, i had no idea. Ricky mentioned someone passing, but he said Amy and i had no idea whot that was, but Aly .. yea i met her a few times and i am truly shocked to hear that. I know how close you two were and i wish i knew the words that would comfort you in this time of sorrow. You know my number if you need someone to talk to, if there's anything i can do, please let me know. Aly will be missed, but more than that, remembered by those who loved her so much. Thank you much, This is the hardest thing I have ever been through and it feels so weird because I was ovr here everyday, and now Im acually over at alys right now, and she is not here, and it is weird, i do ok most of the time, but it comes and goes, it is aweful, i loved her like my own sister, and the weird thing was we told eachother that not long ago...but i will be ok, i always am through hard times, im strong, but this wave is almost to strong for me.

I understand, its so hard to lose someone so close to you. It's very cliche to say, but only time will heal, and its true. Yesterday was 7 months since my uncle passed away. I've come to terms with it, haven't accepted it by any means, but i've come to understand that he's no longer here with us. Once again, let me know if u need anything.
