I have just finished reading Harry Potter and the goblet of fire. Stupid book made me cry for the last three chapters...sniff. Damn it and I know that the next book will make me cry too. I'm going to have these books done WAY before the last book comes out, that's for sure. I'm so excited and sad at the same time, I'm excited that there's a new ( Read more... )

My mother, I kid you not, actually used to keep me on a leash. It was a harness around my body that she kept a leash on. While, in retrospect, this is slightly degrading and worrying, she never lost me again after she started doing it.

My mom put me on a leash once and I got down on my hands and knees and started barking (in public of course). She was so embarrassed that she never did again.

I found out about that story after I bought a leash for Terran. I used it quite a bit for awhile but then stopped when he got better at staying by my side.

Kailen needs a leash more than anyone but he's very good at defying the leash thus I don't use it on him.

I was talking to my cousin about this, and apparently she persuaded her younger sister, when she was still young enough to be on a leash, to not only pretend to be a dog, but also to cock her leg against a display in a store. Story goes that my aunt never used it again.
