So I finally found my lock combination. It looks like I actually had it the entire time... it was in my change purse. My memory shouldn't be so bad at my age... lol. I sorta got my combination right... I just got the last 2 numbers flipped. Even though the lock is now usable again, it still doesn't fit the locker, so of course I bought another lock

I did lose my original lock. The 2nd lock is the one that doesn't fit, and I thought I lost the combination to but found yesterday. And my third lock is the one I just bought which works fine. lol.
