but really, mostly what I know about him is that he's a Fox news anchor. What's particularly unusual, aside from the f bomb, is that a Fox news anchor has come out in opposition with a Bush policy, even one as super obvious as this. Most of them are caught in the "is torture useful" debate, which depending on your sources (professionals say no, Cheney and tv shows like 24 say yes) one might come to different conclusions. Smith's point that it's completely lawless and immoral for us to do it whether it works or not usually isn't a view espoused on a Fox program.
