Who wants to diet with me?
I've gained 10lbs since last summer.
I barely eat once a day but the problem is when I do its fast food because I'm off to work or something and it's basically making myself eat so I don't pass out at work.

start buying groceries and cooking youre own food. I found that that really helped me when i started realizing i needed to eat healthier. i think you can still eat what you like/want but in moderation.

oh and don't eat a lot at one time. you have the whole day to eat stuffs so only like have a big breakfast (if you have time/want to take the time to make) and then maybe not so many big meals during the day. you can have three meals a day but dont like overload your plate. medium servings will do my dear friend.

thats all i got. i know since i'm already kind petite you may not believe me but it does work :)

Yeah, that's a start. It's just living at home. I don't think about it. I know there's food here but then when I go to take a look nothing to really make a meal with, just odds and ends. (more of a push to get me out out)

I really really want to start working out.

I was running daily before it got to cold but its' still not warmed up enough for me to get into a habit of it. :/
