Who wants to diet with me?
I've gained 10lbs since last summer.
I barely eat once a day but the problem is when I do its fast food because I'm off to work or something and it's basically making myself eat so I don't pass out at work.

oh and don't eat a lot at one time. you have the whole day to eat stuffs so only like have a big breakfast (if you have time/want to take the time to make) and then maybe not so many big meals during the day. you can have three meals a day but dont like overload your plate. medium servings will do my dear friend.
thats all i got. i know since i'm already kind petite you may not believe me but it does work :)

I really really want to start working out.
I was running daily before it got to cold but its' still not warmed up enough for me to get into a habit of it. :/
