I remember feeling that way about Oberlin- how it subliminally prepared me for failure and an inability to survive in the outside world. But you'll make it. And you'll totally get a new job and you'll love it and it'll love you and nothing will smell of mothballs ever again. *hugs*

if life was easy it wouldn't be worth living. it's a bitch and it's scary and hard and you half hate it half the time - but that's what makes it worthwhile. when you make it, you know that you earned it, that you belong there and that it's good.
why do you think all those lame people with everything handed to them feel so bored and lame. nothing to show for their life because they never did anything, never worked and for and wanted something. it sucks now, but it's good later
