I think, other people shouldn't slow you down, so many times I relied on others, and so many times I ended up disapointed. And when you are dealing with business, you need your partners to be involved as much as you. As a friend, you should certainly help them, if they need help, but keep in mind that there is a number of partnerships that ended because one person was slowing down another one. This is my opinion.

Good question. Although, you once again speak around the subject, so it is hard to give any type of advice without details. Although, I can understand in a public space not wanting to give those out...

Being left behind at the expense of progress... Is it worth losing a relationship over the building blocks of making things better for the long-term? Or will the wise person catch up and realize their own mistakes that caused the divide to be created in the first place?

More details can be made available about either case that brought this up... However, these statements can be applied to any kind of relationship where one participant is taking a majority of responsibility into their own hands, with few exceptions.

This was to find out where do (or should) people draw the line in the sand and say enough is enough and walk away knowing they made a good decision!
