Whose Justice System?

I have thought of a question that no-one (to my knowledge) has asked yet. The question is simple enough, and I promise that there is a good reason behind why I am asking... Hmmm. Good question. In the end it was the current Iraqi justice system. Although the current system is not just what they have in their constitution, and laws. It is what is in people's hearts and minds. It is a complex system that can lead to unexpected results if one was to only look at the paper. Although one who looks at history, and attitude could probably predict most of the current results of the system, from the war to Sadam's hanging. May some bright stars of consciousness be able to glow within the land, but I am doubtful of that at the moment, and I don't know what can be done to stop the fire that is burning there, unleashed by us, but not entirely caused by just us.
