So I was just wondering...

Was it customary at anyone else's middle or high school to give balloons and bouquets to birthday people? I was just reminiscing the other day while admiring all the pretty flowers in the gift section of the grocery store.

in High school, my friends and I always gave each other 'bday gram's' or a lot of balloons.

I suppose the tradition varies from state to state...In some high schools, some of the students just gives out cards and gifts. (Balloons would get confiscated by the teacher in some schools.)

High school..Can't remember....So long ago...Must try to remember....

It was but only the cheerleaders got em. Thats why i got so many. XD jk
